The colossal dosa was cooked at the MTR Factory in Bommasandra, using a specially designed griddle to ensure even cooking of the entire length.

The Challenge of the Long Dosa

Maintaining even heat distribution across the griddle was crucial to ensure the dosa cooked perfectly without burning. The team reportedly went through 110 trial runs before achieving a successful 123-foot dosa.
